Happy Monday everyone!
There is a chill in the air this morning and really too bad in central Texas we really never get snow (I wish we did). Can you believe it's already December?  I'm in the holiday mood and with that, I know January is coming fast.  I think most of my readers know I love calendars.  Today I teamed up with Derwent Academy and created 2019 calendars, just in time for the new year.

Enjoy the Sweater Weather with Waffle Flower

I used the Sweater Weather Stamp Set.  I enjoy the feeling of a warm sweater on a cool fall morning.  This set includes 11 stamps and a matching die.

Today with Xyron, we teamed up with ClearSnap!  I'm so excited to work with this brand.  Working with stamps and ink is how I started my life in the crafting world.  ClearSnap team loves color (just like I do!)   They have a "passion for finding new ways to help customers add color to craft projects.  ClearSnap started 20 years ago in a workshop garage and have grown into a leading US manufacturer in the paper crafts industry."

Happy Hello

Happy Tuesday everyone!
Today I had the opportunity to use Derwent Academy's Watercolour Pad, Derwent Academy Assorted Brushes and  Derwent Academy Watercolour Pencil Tin.  Using these items together made working with watercolour pencils much easier.   I'm a paper person and let me brag about the Derwent Academy's Watercolour Pad for just a moment, first, the paper is thick, acid-free and cold pressed.  The quality is amazing and the feel in my hand is great.  Using the Derwent Academy Watercolour Pad with the Derwent Academy Watercolour Pencil Tin made for an easy project.  The pencils, soooooo smooth!  Love these products.  They have now become a craft room staple.

DIY Push Pins with DCWV

Happy Friday!  I'm doing the happy dance, I'm so excited for the week to end and I'm ready for some relaxing.  Guys, you know I'm a sucker for anything paper (of course) and office supplies.  Putting these two things together sometimes is pretty mind-blowing, well at least it is for me.  Today I'm partnering with Xyron and DCWV to create push pins.  Don't worry, if you don't know me already, most everyone can create my projects.  This one is pretty easy and takes no time at all, well except for drying time.
DCWV Creates amazing papers.  Ocean Wonder offers printed gold foil combined that with amazing ocean patterns.  When I first opened up this paper, I thought being under the sea, like you know that mermaid we all know.

You only need a few items to get started.

Supplies:
1 1/4 inch Small Wooden Circles
Flat Push Pins
Permanent Adhesive
1 1/4 inch Paper Punch

If you don't have a cork board already, you will also need the following:
8.5X11 inch frame
Cork Board Sheet
Cutting Blade

1.  Adhere the flat push pins to the back of your small wooden circles and let dry for at least overnight.
2.  Using your paper punch, punch out circles to add to the front of your push pins
3.  Run your punched circles through the Xyron Creative Station.

4.  Add punched circles to push pins.
5.  Optional:  Add a touch of waterbased sealer to the top of each push pin if needed.
6.  To create a corkboard, just cut cork board sheets to the size of your frame with a ruler and cutting blade, remove the glass from the frame, insert the corkboard.

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a great time with this project.  Don't forget to check out DCWV and Xyron's Instagram pages for more crafting inspiration.

SUMMER CAMP CARDS

Summer is near!  Yay!
I can only describe summer as flexible schedules, lazy mornings, vacations and summer camp.  Sending your kids off the camp can be hard for some of us and not so hard for the rest of us.  And getting happy snail mail from your child is always fun no matter what age.

Fun with American Crafts

Happy Tuesday!
We all know how much I love scrapbook paper.  To be honest, I think I might have a slight problem collecting scrapbook paper.  Wellllll, I actually do have a problem, there is really no question about it.  American Crafts is one of my favorite scrapbook paper companies.  They offer lots of paper lines, varying from, dots, lines, fun, colorful, bright papers to papers for baby scrapbooks, travel, graduations and family reunions.  You are sure to find something you love.

I'm so excited to team up with Xyron and American Crafts to bring you this project.  I created a gift bag using papers from the Dear Lizzy Stay Colorful line.  I'm so in love.

DIY Traveler's Journals with Paper House

Happy Friday everyone!
What a week, I'm ready to relax and unwind this weekend with friends and family.  Today I teamed up with Paper House and created traveler's journals.

We used the Sun Drenched Paper Pad - I'm in love.  The colors are so vibrant and remind me of summer vacations.  I can almost hear the waves crashing on the beach just by looking at this paper.   Most of you know, I'm a journal hoarder.  I saw this paper and could resist, this is a perfect way to journal an upcoming vacation.

New Kid on the Block Baby Card

Happy Thursday friends!  Today's post is special.  Creating handmade cards is still one of my most favorite things to do.  I have not shared a handmade card I created for my blog in years.  Guys!  I'm so excited.  I created a card and I wanted to share it with you.
To my surprise, I received happy mail from Derwent.  Who doesn't love to receive happy mail?  So happy when I came home to this wonderful Derwent Procolour Pencil set, they store perfectly in a metal tin, great when trying to keep everything organized.

Craft Room Organization: Bins

Hello, everyone.  I've received so many questions from the Craft Room Tour asking about some of the items used to get this area organized and I thought I would share.  Today I'm going to talk about bins.

Craft Room Inspiration

My craft room | office is coming along.  I wanted to share some office inspiration with you. White desk!  Barndoor!  Bits of teal, pink, orange, and gold!  Yaaasss!  I love everything about this.

DIY Painted Stools

I've had this one stool for years from Ikea.  The Bekvam Step Stool.
We moved and now I'm having a hard time reaching cabinets in the kitchen, master closet and craft room.  For the last two months, I would just carry the one stool from room to room.  Well, we took a quick trip to Ikea and I picked up two more.  Looking for the same stool to carry from room to room wasn't something I was too interested in.
