My 2015 Reading List

I know this list may seem short and I honestly love to read, I just really don't have time anymore and if I read each night I will be up so late trying to finish "the next chapter".  So I think this is a great list for me.  I think for sure I can get through these books.

Everybody's Got Something:  I'm sadly almost done with this book and I'm absolutely love it.  "This is Robin Robert's memoir in which she recounts the incredible journey that's been her life so far, the lessons she's learned along the way.  She writes with such grace, heart and humor."  I love this book - oh, I already said that.

Sole Sisters:  "Stories of Women and Running is a gripping collection of stories that captures the inspirational heart of running women."

Run Like a Girl:  "Run Like A Girl is about the impact that participating in sports has on women; how the confidence and strength that it helps to build spills over into all of our experiences, making us stronger and better prepared for life's many challenges."

I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings:  This is a book that I've wanted to read for the longest time.  It's now time.  "This book captures the longing of the longly children, the brute insult of bigotry, and the wonder of words that can make the world right."

Running Like A Girl:  This book was actually given to me last year for my birthday from a very thoughtful person in my running life.  I started it but plan to finish it  up soon.  "The inspiring, hilarious memoir of a "Bridget Jones-like writer" who transforms her life by learning to run, with stories of miserable defeat, complete victory, and learning to choose the right shoes."

Santa Cookies

I saw this recipe posted on Pinterest last year and had to try it.  They turned out amazing - here is the instagram post from last year.  I call them "Our Santa Cookies" but they are really called Oreo White Chocolate Pudding Peppermint Cookies.  I can take no credit for this recipe.  I must leave this one up to the professionals.  This amazing recipe is from the blog Two Peas and Their Pod (super cute blog by the way).  You can find the recipe here.

I did take a few pictures tonight I wanted to share with you.

I hope Santa loves these as much as we do.
Merry Christmas!

Finally Ready for the Holidays with Libman + Coupon

I'm usually THAT person
You know, the one that has a plan for the holidays.
The person who has her Christmas shopping almost done the weekend after Thanksgiving.
The person who has her house clean and Christmas tree up by Thanksgiving night.

This year has been different.  Life has given us a hot water tank leak and a flood in our kitchen and dining room from our washer.  Just a small bump in the road - nothing that can't be fixed.  I have finally had time to put up our Christmas tree and also give the house a nice cleaning just in time for the holidays.

I'm so excited to work with the Libman team and use their clean solutions and mop.

More than 118 years ago, Libman started as a small family company set on making the finest, most durable wire-bound corn brooms and has grown into a leader in the home cleaning industry. Over the years they’ve grown and introduced great products like the world-famous Wonder® Mop, Freedom® Spray Mop, Freedom® Floor Concentrates and much more.

This little package made my day.

I needed so much help to get ready and Libman was there to rescue me - here is my dining room before...

And here it is after...

Finally completely done.  And cleaning the floor was pretty fast and easy.  Love it!

Libman also wanted you to enjoy their products.  Click here for a coupon for Libman products.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone.

dear erin condren:  I'm sorry I tried another planner...but in the end I came back to you.  I guess I will need to throw out the 'other' planner I purchased....it's really all about the quality of the paper.
